V/A- Killed By Death #7 LP ~REISSUE W/ TAMPAX , ABSENTEES, VILLAGE PISTOLS!
V/A- Killed By Death #7 LP. This is the seventh album in the series that that launched a thousand knock-offs! Killed By Death #7 is carved firmly from the same slab of raw and crude punk rock as the first one. This one continues surveying the cream of the lost punk scene of the '80s, by illustrating at least a handful of the stylistic extremes that fell beneath that banner. Killed By Death #7 firmly lives up to it’s predecessors and features records that were on the want list of the person who did Killed By Death #’s 5 and 6. They even went so far as to put his address on the back of the cover. An excellent volume with the Village Pistols, Ed Nasty & The Dopeds, Tampax, Chain Gang, Guilty Razors, Absentees, Fresh Color and Maids being the standout tracks. No crap tracks here. This one was getting tough to find until it was reissued in 1998. 18 tracks in all which excels through it’s genuine excellence and quality control of its obscurities.

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
