V/A- Killed By Death #2 CD ~REISSUE!
V/A- Killed By Death #2 CD. The is the second album in the series that launched a thousand knock-offs! Killed By Death #2 is carved firmly from the same slab of raw and crude punk rock as the first one. This one continues surveying the cream of the lost punk scene of the '80s, by illustrating at least a handful of the stylistic extremes that fell beneath that banner. Killed By Death #2 firmly lives up to it’s predecessor with stalwarts like the Child Molestors' whose unexpected cover of Yoko Ono's "Don't Worry Kyoko" just totally slays. They back that up with stellar tracks from The Mad, the Rude Kids, Mentally Ill, Really Red, the Cheifs, Psycho Surgeons along with Boston's supremely snotty Nervous Eaters (truly one of that city's finest ever creations) among others. 16 tracks in all, on Volume #2, which excels through it’s genuine excellence and quality control of its obscurities.

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
