The Dole- Flashes Of Brilliance, Warts ‘N All CD.  The Dole are a UK Punk band, formed in Peterborough in 1977 and released one sole 7” and split up a few years later. This historical reissue features both sides of that lone ‘New Wave Love’ 7” from 1978 and add five tracks that have been taken ofrom the original reel to reel master tape that was recorded at the legendary Spaceward studios in 1978 that were never released. And on top of that they add another 16 songs that were recorded at various rehearsals that includes songs the The Dole was demoing and planning to record before they eventually imploded. 23 tracks in all of unique first wave, guitar shredding pogo punk centering around the unique vocals of lead singer Ian "Emu" Neeve who has an immense vocal presence. One of the 1978 reviews of their ‘New Wave Love’ 7” wrote "This band is bound to be snapped up by a major label”, but unfortunately this didn't happen. Fun listen if you’re into obscure first wave UK Punk. Import from the UK.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
