Mummula- The Rise Of Mummula LP.  The peculiarly named Mummula get their name from the combination of horror icons the Mummy and Dracula, ya dig? Mummula play surfy, spooky horror rock straight outta the capital city of the Buckeye State. Imagine if the Ramones were surfing Rockaway Beach with the Devil Dogs and washed up at Count Chocula's castle to party with Man Or Astroman who were staying in the guest room at the Count Chockulair. It’s part surf rock, part party punk and all out rock ‘n roll baby. Standout tracks include ‘Black Lagoon’ , ‘Iggy's Night Out’ and ‘Mummenschvantz Waltz’. Fun record from a band that doesn’t take themselves to seriously and the record includes some super cool looking cover art by Tom Bagley. The LP also includes a fold out printed insert, a gaint Mummula poster and an awesome looking 3-D crystal ball download card that you have to see to believe. Does it tell the future?
