While their last album was a riff n roll assault the new album takes a slightly different approach. On the new album Lantern have wiped off the 70’s hard rock dust in favor of a cleaner, more plunky acid washed 60’s rock n’ roll feel. I hear a lot of early Stones and Love on these tracks and the album definately retains the vintage charm of their earlier releases.
