Kickstart- Naon Rules! CD.  The history of this band can be traced back as far as 1977 when all the members were in their teens and embraced the explosion of PUNK ROCK. In fact, they formed one of the earliest Punk bands .. HITLER SS. With no clue of Politics, this was the most shocking name they could come up with. Then came the next instalment of their music legacy, TAMPAX! Fast forward 20 years and through numerous other bands and KICKSTART were born out of the ashes of members of Hitler SS and Tampax. Kickstart’s music is fast and energetic and can be compared to The Chords, The Purple Hearts, The Jam, The Circles and The Killermeters playing rock solid mod influenced power pop with shimmering guitars and bright shiny vocals. This is a mighty fine reissue of one of Italy’s finest mod bands ever. This release collects everything that Kickstart recorded when they were active in the 90’s with extensive liner notes by Luca Frazzi and a beefy booklet with vintage band photos.
