Head Home- Outside My Window LP. Debut here from Westminster, Maryland’s Head Home. The band plays straightforward rock 'n roll that’s punk at heart, chillin’ in the `85-`95 ‘college rock’ realm with a pounding backbeat, crunchy chords and rippin’ guitar leads. “Raincloud Straight To You” makes a confident introduction, with a bending guitar line and slurred vocals readily recalling Dinosaur Jr. And at other times they come off like Superchunk playing guitar heavy rock without a gimmick and that's A-OK in my book. They’ve built a solid starting point here and I’ll definately keep my eyes on these guys in the future.
