Gomek-What the Hell Happened? 7". Gomek are a female-fronted hardcore band hailing from Orlando, Florida. This reminds me alot of Punch, but without the youth crew parts. Gomek play the best kind of hardcore: the fast kind. Though not reaching the same breakneck speeds as Punch, Gomek is still energetic and dynamic, with a nice, raw production that serves the band’s sound perfectly. At times they take a Negative Approach shovel to the face of Orchid. Pissed!
