On "The Choice Is Ours," The Flintettes tap into some delightfully dashing trash Pop music for the sophisticated set with gorgeous vocal harmonies, razorsharp songwriting and clean up-front production. The title track comes off like a slightly less new wavy version of The Cars. It has that same sorta vocal inflections you'd expect from Ocasek with some groovin’ guitar riffage and a couple of intricately placed, echoey handclaps. On the B side, "Same Faces" is a faster tempo, straight ahead rocker with chugging guitars, punchy drums and some nice backing harmonies that really help to accentuate the chorus.
