Derelicts- Life Of Strife LP.  “I've been a fan of the Derelicts since their first go round” says Mark Arm, frontman of mainstay Seattle Rock 'n Roll band Mudhoney. Seattle Punk Heroes the Derelicts were in the thick of it from the beginning, moving to Seattle from Denver in 1987.   They soon began sharing bills with the likes of Nirvana and Mudhoney back in the days when Seattle was still best known for Heart, the Sonics and the 1962 worlds fair. The band released a few singles and a full length LP before imploding in a tangle of drugs, fights and frustration in the early 90's.  The Derelicts are back and more ferocious than ever with their new album ‘Life Of Strife’ produced by Jack Endino. This album marks the first full-length from the Derelicts since 1989's ‘Love Machine’ and they’re fiercer and tighter than ever with the new line up including members of Zipgun and  Jason Freeman and Donny Paycheck from Zeke.  Recommended.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
