DEATH TRAP- No Hicks 7”.  A rudimentary howl from the bowels of King City, CA circa 1983. According to the liner notes, these guys lived the life of many folks stuck in small towns back in those days; namely they were part of a “scene” that consisted of maybe eight kids, tops, and the rest of town hating them merely for existing. Though they never managed a release back then, they did do some four-track recording—which is where the four tunes here come from—and managed to play some great shows in San Jose, Fresno, and other punk-friendlier Northern California spots with some of the heavy hitters of the day. Amazing material that has been languishing for far too long. Liner notes include a detailed history of the band as well as some pretty cool flyers from back in the day. If your keepin track of what was happing in the Nor. Cal. punk scene in the early 80’s, this ones definately worth checkin out. Respect to ‘em.  7” LIMITED TO 300 COPIES!!

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
