Effigies- Reside CD.  Formed in early 1980, the Effigies were one of Chicago’s first punk rock bands. Along with Naked Raygun and Strike Under, the Effigies were instrumental in developing what became the dominant sound in the first generation of Chicago punk. Rising from a long dormancy and as loud as ever, Chicago’s punk legends return in force with "Reside"; their fourth album and first full-length release in over 20 years. With 10 new songs and original art and concepts, "Reside" is an album of the present time and place, yet it draws strongly on the Effigies own legacy as a hard-hitting punk band with charging melodies and flint like lyrical incisiveness. It’s all here with aggressive guitar hooks, pounding rhythms and poignant songs about love, death and dirty politics. "Reside" will surprise new fans and confirm what old fans already knew.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
