Boilerman- S/T 10”. Boilerman are working in the same catchy Punk Rock arena that helped establish bands like Jawbreaker and Dillinger Four back in the 90's. Gruff vocals, dark lyrics but with razor sharp hooks and an obvious passion for what they do. This new 10” paints a pretty bleak landscape lyrically, but does it with Jawbreaker-like precision. The songs that stand out to me are the ones that lean towards the poppier, punchier side of things like the super catchy "Three." I can't imagine someone who likes the aforementioned bands not digging this record. THIS IS THE LIMITED VERSION OF THIS 10” ON CLEAR AND BLACK SPLATTERED WAX! The vinyl on these look pretty sweet!
