Black Time- S/T CD.  Nice reissue of the classic first Black Time album that’s been out of print on vinyl for a while. No one could have expected the British to have spawned the most convincible Clone Defects tribute act, which at first glance is what Black Time most closely resemble. Performed and recorded with a technical finesse that makes Billy Childish sound like David Gilmour, Black Time's first full-length, Blackout, boasts more than a bit of the same noisy neo-adolescent frenzy that Tim Vulgar and company made their calling card with the Clone Defect though with a bigger helping of ugly guitars and lots and lots of sexual frustration. Their barrage of cheap guitar abuse communicates just as much articulate rage as the Clone Defects did in their hey day and they fire every one of these songs off with such contempt, that you can’t help but just love Black Time.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
