Berlin Blackouts- Nastygram Sedition LP.  Germany’s the Berlin Blackouts formed out of the ashes of Radio Dead Ones with one of the other members splitting off and becoming a member of Brandy Row’s backing band. ‘Nastygram Sedition’ is the third Berlin Blackouts album and spews 10 nihilistic songs of gutter dwelling punk rock. Influenced by bands like Slaughter And The Dogs, Cocksparrer, Stiff Little Fingers and the Clash, these guys definately know how to write working class guitar punk anthems with vitriolic vocals, a brut voice and a story to tell. Reminded me a little of a combination of mid to late 90’s heavy hitters like the US Bombs, Dropkick Murphy and the Generators. And you can tell they spent some time to record this album as the recording quality on this record is top notch. Import from Germany on Wanda Records.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
