The Sirens- S/T LP.  The bulk of this debut was recorded in a 48-hour frenzy at Tarbox Studios by Michael Ivins of the Flaming Lips. Taking his cue from a description of their sound as some where between the Shangri-Las and Black Sabbath, Ivins perfectly captures the lethal combination of loud fuzz guitars and serious singing that sets these girls apart from the usual “Detroit Garage Sound.” This record is also graced by 3 glam-basted tunes produced by Jim Diamond, including a cover of the little known pre-NY Dolls British rock kings, The Hollywood Brats. And speaking of covers, the Sirens apologetically mine the endless supply of Rock 'n Roll nuggets that inspire them. The offerings on this record run the full gamut from Roky Erickson to Suzi Quatro, from the Equals to Timi Yuro, while firmly rooted in their ’70s Glam influenced sound.  THESE ARE PRESSED ON BEEFY 150 GRAM WAX!

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
