Ya you can hear The Penetrators in their music, you can hear a little bit of The Seeds, you can hear some Shadows of Knight, Count Five and a bit of the new breed like the Black Lips and Dead Ghosts. They bash out a nice, forceful take on the "flower-punk" sound in all it's shambolic lo-fi glory. It’s got a bit of a throwback feel to it and it’s definately a throwback worth throwing back to. Fun record.
