Scuzz/Male Patterns- Split 7”.  Scorcher of a split! Male Patterns remind me a bit of World Burns To Death, but slightly more tuneful and less heavy and dark. The vocalist has a deep, throaty sound that adds weight to the charging music. Their two originals crank like a motherfucker. I wish they would have played one more original in place of the Showcase Showdown cover. It’s good, but the originals are stronger. Scuzz are more chaotic and sonically blistering. The guitar has a slightly blown-out quality, the vocalist sounds just as blasted, and the whole band sounds as though they’re about to spin out into a ditch. Hardcore punk that’s relentless. Hope to hear more from both bands in the near future. They include members of Neutron Rats, After The Falls, Libyans and Anal Warhead. Includes 2 sided fold over insert.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
