Robert Johnson- Close Person Friend LP.  This is an expanded reissue of Robert Johnsons classic long out of print debut album ‘Close Personal Friend’ which Newsweek calls “One Of The Best Albums of the 1970’s.” Robert Johnson has a pretty storied past. At the age of 23 he auditioned for the slot made vacant by Mick Taylor, but in Roberts opinion he said he was “too young and too American to join the Rolling Stones”. In 1974, he secured the lead guitar slot in the Who’s John Entwistle's new band John Entwistle's Ox where he stayed for the next three years. In 1978 the world was finally exposed to Robert Johnson when he released this debut solo album ‘Close Person Friend’ in the UK on the Ensign Label. He toured in support of ‘Close Personal Friend’ opening for the Police and the Knack but bad vibes and bad management doomed his band and this album to it’s untimely, premature fate. Roberts story is a real tragedy because this album is one of the golden greats of that era and it’s nice to finally see this colossal album back in print.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
