Rickshaw- Sonic Overload CD.  Rickshaw are from Gothenburg, Sweden and formed in the late 90’s by Jocke (now vocalist in Chuck Norris Experiment) and Bobby Dawn (now guitarist in Chuck Norris Experiment). Many see Rickshaw as the esteemed riff ‘n roll machine that led to the Rock ‘n Roll power house known as Chuck Norris Experiment. Rickshaw released a bunch of albums, singles and splits during the active hard rocking hey day and ‘Sonic Overload’ is their final album before the band morphed into Chuck Norris Experiment. One of the things that has always made Rickshaw stand out amongst all the other Swedish high energy rock bands is that they aren’t afraid to spice up their high energy rock sound with some really tasty 70’s hard rock riffs. ‘Sonic Overload’ is packed with twelve songs of action packed diesel fueled R’nR that sounds like a beerfueled mix of the Hellacopters, Backyard Babies, Slade, Turobnegro and Motorhead. This disc also includes an interactive multimedia video for “I’m Ready”.
