Onlookers- Blue And Green Tangerine CD.  The Onlookers emerged from the late 70's early 80's Mod revival scene but by the time the recordings on this CD were made the group had blossomed into one of the era's most interesting and gifted bands with fantastic songs and an image to match. They managed only one 7" release in their hey day, the highly collectivle 'You And I' 7” on Demon Records in 1982; but the group gained a cult status over the intervening 30 years. Whilst bootleg cassettes and CD's of live concerts have only served to fan the flames of interest and rumors were swirling of an album of demo's that the Onlookers had recorded for Polydor with Jam producer Vic Coppersmith-Heaven. Well this reissue puts those rumors to rest as the demos are all here along with the 3 songs from that increidbly hard to find debut single. Very throrough reissue here with a ton of old band photos and thorough liner notes from Martin Kelly, Brian Kotz, Eddie Piller and Rick Blackman. Import from the UK.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
