Hammered Satin- Upwards Spiral 7”.  Third single from Hammered Satin and this ones getting harder to find. Los Angeles’ Hammered Satin are the true embodiment of the Rock ‘n Roll sounds of the 70’s specifically the long forgotten Junkshop Glam era that spawned bands like Hello, Chicory Tip, Hector, Plod, Jook and many more. On their third single Hammered Satin fire off two Glam fused Junkshop rippers that bring the raw Rock ‘n Roll sounds of the 70’s with driving, pounding guitar solos that would make Deep Purple proud. Amazing two songer here that definitely shows the band was onto something even dating back to their early days with nice looking retro sleeve art to match. These are getting harder to find as they are long out of print and the label that released them has gone out of business.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
