Fire Heads- S/T LP.  Brand new album from Fire Heads (formerly Fire Retarded) who’ve toughened up their sound to a slashed-knuckle punk rock rumble on this new record. For those not in the know, Fire Heads are a garage-punk band outta Wisconsin featuring a couple members of The Hussy, Cave Curse and Dumb Vision. Fire Heads is clearly the work of seasoned professionals who have spent years working toward being in bands as tight, taut and blazing as Fire Heads since they got their first musical instruments as teenagers. They’re like an amped-up Saints for the most part, executing these twelve tracks with authority and confidence.  “Forgot It Now” is seeped into an aggro punk strain that would sit pretty easily next to fellow Midwestern shred lord Timmy Vulgar. The song is teetering on the edge and ready to blow bolts at any time and almost every song on this LP yields a similar power. If you’ve never heard Fire Heads before, this is a good place to start. Recommended.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
