Bambies- Red Guitar 7".  Now this is what I'm talking about! Have you ever heard a band for the first time, and within 30 seconds you just knew you were gonna love 'em? That's how it was with me and Montreal trio the Bambies.  "Red Guitar" is an energetic dose of ‘77 style punk that’s massively catchy.   Bubblegum vocals and supercharged guitars playing rapid-fire punk rock overflowing with hooks?   Count me in!  On the B-side is "Black Hands".  It’s a little pop and a little punk, but above all else it's just damn great damn rock and roll that has an early Ramones feel to it.  Bambies are the kind of band that sees that first Real Kids LP as just as important as the Ramones ‘End of the Century’ playing rambunctious punk rock from the other side of the tracks.  Do not sleep on this one!  Import from Canada.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
