The Routes- I Got A Feelin’ 7”.  Japan’s The Routes are one of THEE best garage bands out there today. They rely on raw talent, raw power, and raw production to deliver some of the best garage punk tunes this side of ’66. Check their last LP, Skeletons. Untouchable. On this tasty new single The Routes dig deep in the 60’s fuzz punk scrapyard and unearth two long lost nuggets to fill this energetic ripper. On the A-side they take on the Mondels “I Got A Feelin" and it’s overflowing with '60s-influenced fuzz guitars and a dynamic rhythm section. And on the flip “All I Really Need Is Love” sounds even more amphetaminic than ever with some of the scuzziest fuzz guitar sounds you’re ever going to hear coupled with Chris’ dirty, raspy voice going mad. With The Routes you know you’re going to get something frantic and unique and they totally put their own fresh, energetic spin on both of these tunes. Recommended.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
