Sanguisuga- S/T LP.  Sanguisuga is a London-Based punk band fronted by the one and only Terminal Gagger of the Gaggers along with members of Miscalculations and La Rabbia. Stylistically this isn't far from the Gaggers: you can especially hear it on songs like "Disumanizzato" and "Serpente Odioso". Just really good, razor-sharp '77 style snot punk with a hint of Killed By Death influences. And being fronted by the Gaggers caustic, snarling singer his vocals are immediately recognizable in any of his bands and especially in the vocally biting Sanguisuga. There are some interesting touches in the songwriting department on this album as well. "Guerra Psicologica" reminds me a little of The Stitches, while "Esistenza Inhumana" is firmly planted in modern punk/post-punk territory. And the supercharged "Declino Sistematico" has an early '80s So Cal / Posh Boy Records vibe right down to the melodic guitars and sing-along backing vox. A killer debut for fans of the Gaggers, Stitches, Disco Lepers and Botox Rats. Includes a lyrics sheet insert.  Import from Germany on Wanda Records.
