Public Nuisance- Back With A Swill CD. Pretty hard to find CD here from Public Nuisance who were a Hardcore punk band from New York City formed in 1987 in the lower east side. Public Nuisance helped create the New York Hardcore Drunk Punk scene by helping organize and participating in the Squat or Rot benefit shows and organizing the notorious annual Beer Olympics punk rock music festival every year. This CD is a partial retrospective of sorts and contains all the tracks from the rare and out of print "Cheap Sex and Booze" 7”, the entire "Alcohol Rub Out" LP plus bonus live tracks all digitally re-mastered with a 16 page full color booklet full of lyrics, band photos, flyers and album artwork! 21 tracks in all from the ground floor of Drunk Punk movement in the late 80’s.
