Sick Fizz / Chinese Burns Unit- ‘In Sickness’ Split 7” .  Sick Fizz are a high functioning lowbrow rock and roll band operating out of Sydney, Australia. The Fizz play souped up Action Rock with a ragged glamrock stomp. This is their debut release and sounds like a sonic molotov cocktail of the Slade, the MC5, the Cosmic Psychos, Hellacopters and Soggy. On the flip Chinese Burns Unit belt out 4 rapid fire rippers that sound like they recorded everything through a chain of fried Big Muff pedals and a bass amp that’s been kicked down three flights of stairs. The guitars are a constant wall of mid-range buzz-saw distortion that still manages to spit out deranged, bent-note leads that sound like someone trying to play a driving Seaweed riff while having a seizure. A lil poppy, a lot heavy and a spastic, helluvallotta fun. Import from Australia.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
