They play loose and heavy, discordant sludge rock, with a rough-around-the-edges approach;  plus Teo’s an absolute madman on vox.  This album contains 12 songs of desperate, brutal, and chaotic Rust Belt hate. Facility Men enjoy Wire, Negative Approach, Christian Death, Blitz, the Wipers, Rudimentary Peni, the Replacements and Hank Wood just to name a few. But don't expect any genre exercises or worship from this perplexing band. Because the Facility Men have no time for nostalgia or gratuitous nods to the past. The real ones lash out from necessity and create things that are very enjoyably unique. One of the coolest current bands in the Buffalo area right now who also include ex members of Plates, the Blowtops and Fatal Figures. Fans of Metz, Unwound, the Jesus Lizard and Tar will dig.
