During their short-lived career, Mexico City’s Los Panky’s produced an outstanding collection of rock & roll and beat music which made them pioneers of the “Hanky Panky” sound and one of Mexico’s favourite bands. Los Panky's recorded one of the most demented and punk versions of "Hanky Panky" in Mexico that helped put them in the spotlight with national attention. They recorded two EPs and one LP in 1966 along with two compilation tracks all released on the record label they were signed to Cisne Records. All of those recordings are collected here and have become very hard to find becuase they have never been reissued since being released in 1966. Los Panky’s were at the forefront of the second wave of Mexican rock and roll and became a national favorite. After decades of obscurity, their amazing legacy is now finally available on vinyl again.
