These three young chaps are sure to make the likes of THE REATARDS, THE OBLIVIANS and THE GORIES proud. The Hipshakes are a close-up and sweaty-sounding garage punk band that sounds like a cross between American types listed above and bouncy first wave 70’s British punk. Excruciatingly loud trash punk straight from the garage that blares so loud that the label had to apply a warning label to the cover to set your volume lower so you don’t blow yer speakers upon first listen! They later went on to release a single on Goner.
