Everyone knows the incredibly talented Freddie Dilevi, an artistic nickname for Pablo Velazquez most well known as the singer of Freddie and The Filos from Spain. This is Freddie Dilevi’s third 7" released under this new moniker and it’s a pretty nice treat. ‘Acoustic Heartbreaks’ includes 4 gorgeous primitive rock and roll gems that are a perfect throw back to the 50’s. This 7" distills the mood and feel of fifties culture through songs about simpler times; and wow that voice, it's almost hypnotic! Each song takes you back to the early days of rock ‘n roll when the songs had a light rockabilly feel and remind me alot of early rock ‘n roll crooners like Eddie Cochran, Elvis and Gene Vincent.
