Flying Over - We Are Outsiders LP. This is one of, the best straight up trashy Punk records I've heard by a French band since the TV KIllers last album. Every song has a trademark itchy guitar sound that just totally perks my ears. Falling somewhere between a straight-up retro '77 Punk band and Killed By Death Euro-punk, Flying Over throws it back to the days when bands like the TV Killers and Spash Four ruled the French punk scene. Flying Over sound like TV Killers mixed with a bit of The Stitches, and other bands from the ‘90s who were wearing their ‘77 punk/KBD style proudly. This LP is packed with a slew of mid-tempo snotty Punk Rock hits including standouts “Outsiders” and “Chillax Riders”. Fans of TV Killers, the Kids, Vibrators, Saints and Ramones need to hear this one. Recommended! Import from France.
