COWBOY PROSTITUTES- Pirate Town 7". The band is from Sweden, and it’s not surprising. That country is trying to single handedly bring the kind of KISS/Motley Crue/Hanoi Rocks amalgam of Rock back to the forefront of the industry, and everyone who likes great Rock ‘n’ Roll is better off for it. Unlike most bands of this ilk, they have stronger guitar leads and are a bit more metal overall, where the vocals are pure punk styled, basically yelling harshly on key. Swingin’ From the Fences Rock N Roll isn’t anything new, but it’s unique enough to stand apart from many of the bands playing this type of music. It’s also heavier than most bands in this genre.
