The Chords- It Was Twenty Years Ago Today CD.  This historical new disc captures the original line up of The Chords at St. George's Hall, Liverpool on Easter in 2000. The Chords set that night featured many of their big songs including ‘Something’s Missing’, ‘One More Minute’, ‘So Far Away’, ‘British Way Of Life’ and ‘Maybe Tomorrow’ plus a special version of Twist & Shout for all the Liverpoolians in the audience. The songs are played with the usual passion and fervor that you always get with The Chords, with many of the songs segued together and flowing seamlessly from one into the next. It’s a ‘live’ set, so you really get a feel for the way the band is in the room. The atmosphere sound great and the Chords really give it their all. This is a good addition to the collection if you’re a Chords fan as the sound quality is really good. Still one of the best Mod bands to this day. Import from the UK.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
