M.O.T.O. - Kill MOTO CD.  M.O.T.O. is the true mark of quality in terms of off-kilter poppy punk rock. Just listen to “I Hate My Fucking Job” off of ‘Kill MOTO’. It’s super catchy with buzzing guitars, ramshackle lyrics and will pop in your head at the most opportune moments when you’re at work and having a bad day. M.O.T.O, which stands for Masters of the Obvious, takes a brave ear and requires that you’ve got a good sense of humor. M.O.T.O. is equal parts punk rock renegade with the on-par pop brilliance that the Beach Boys had, a sweaty leather jacket and balls as big as King Kong’s. Hits are plentiful on this one, but out of the seventeen tracks, my favorites have to be “The Chicks Can Tell,” the aforementioned “I Hate My Fucking Job,” and “We Are the Rats.” All are on par with the best of M.O.T.O., “Crystallize My Penis” included. M.O.T.O. does a great job of reminding us that we can’t take life to seriously and that a sense of humor is as invaluable as beer and fun.  Recommended.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
