Penetration Moon- S/T LP.  So for those now in the know: Blag Dahlia, frontman of The Dwarves, had a glam gock band about 30 years ago called Penetration Moon that he sang for. The band only officially released one single on Sympathy For The Record Industry back in 1991 and recorded an entire album during the same session they recorded the 7" songs for.  That session included an entire albums worth of glammy / cock rock Blag originals and a few choice covers (GG Allin, Bo Carte) that were never released.  And as the Dwarves were starting to build steam after they released ‘Blood Guts and Pussy’, Blag decided to shelf the Penetration Moon LP until now.  I gotta say, this album fuckin’ rips and any Dwaves fan will be happy to hear what else Blag was doing in San Francicso in 1991 around the time the Dwarves were recording ‘Thank Heaven For Little Girls’.  And if you’re wondering, ya Penetration Moon were just as nihilistic as the Dwarves were around that era. Recommended.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
