The Sound Reasons- Til The End Of Time 7”. Pretty cool new band coming from the 4 corners of Los Angeles that does a pretty impressive job of reviving a short, obscure musical period of lawlessness between 1965-67. With jangely guitars and swirling vocal harmonies The Sound Reason encapsulate a raw gritty garage band straight outta the swingin’ Sixties. The Sound Reasons do it better than most with really catchy songs and with a nice warm ‘n fuzzy vintage recording to match. Alot of bands try and do this style and it just sounds corny and campy, but these guys totally pull it off. Brings to mind The Haunted, Painted Ship, Monocles, Seeds, Midniters, Davie Allan, Count Five and the Pretty Things. Import from Portugal on Groovie Records.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
