Hard Left- Economy 7”.  Newest single from this American Oi! band out of the Bay Area. I feel like it's impossible to talk about Hard Left without mentioning Hard Skin. Not only do the two bands share half their respective names; but they also share a similar attitude toward working class ideals like many of the first-generation oi! bands whole heartedly embraced. Hard Left bring the barroom singalong in “Economy”. It’s got a super catchy guitar hook with a rabid mix of grizzled Johnny Rotten style vocals backed with some gruff, chanting gang vocals. And ‘In A Crowd” is a solid, oi influence punk tune with burly rock’n’roll riffage and ruff n tuff gravelly backing vocals. They both have that same working class charm that drew you to bands like the Cockney Rejects and Blitz in the first place. 4 song heavy hitter here that really gets the job done!

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
