Count Vaseline- Tales From The Megaplex LP.  Do you remember that old Rough Trade Records compilation "Wanna' Buy A Bridge?". Any song on this LP could easily fit on that comp. alongside bands like the Television Personalities, Spizz Energi, Kleenex, The Slits, Swell Maps, Raincoats and early Cabaret Voltaire. Count Vaseline incorporate elements of Punk and Post-Punk with the warped deadpan drudge of The Fall and the caustic inner city hustle of the Velvet Underground spitting out unique outsider Psychedelic Pop songs along the lines of what many of the bands were doing on that "Wanna' Buy A Bridge?" comp. after the original punk rock implosion. There’s even a tune that has the druggy 4am dance vibes of Love & Rockets all filtered through Count Vaseline’s snarky lyrical lens.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
