Alpha Hopper- S/T LP.  Definately digging this record a lot. Alpha Hopper are a burly Noise Rock band from Buffalo creating a unique combination of heavy sounds. These guys definatley have a 90's mentality soaked in metallic riffs, flying beer and weird song structures tempered for auditory impact. Irene’s voice works well for their music spitting lean and mean lyrics with a boisterous bravado that’s shouted to be heard. She sounds like Kathleen Hanna of Bikini Kill fronting Unwound with members of Huggy Bear joining in to add in some weird, twisted song structures. Fun record that you’ll be all over if you dig any of the aforementioned bands.  THESE ARE ON THE LIMITED CLEAR VINYL AND INCLUDE A TWO SIDED PRINTEDINSERT!  Recommended.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
