The Gents- Waiting To Be Seen CD.  This is a reissue of the second album from The Gents who were active in the UK Punk/Mod scene from 1981 - 1989. ‘Waiting To Be Seen’ was released in 1987, two years after their phenomenal debut album called ‘How It All Began’. ‘Waiting To Be Seen’ was originally released on Prism Records and thanks to extensive touring and playing actively in and around the UK, the LP went out of print pretty quickly. ‘Waiting To Be Seen’ is reissued on CD here for the first time and includes the 12 original tracks of pop infused mod with poingiant lyrical mastery by lead singer Martin John Burton. This cool reissue alson includes 6 bonus track not originally on the LP including a few B-sides and a couple unreleased demo tracks and an unreleased extented version of ‘Something Happened’. Quality reissue here which includes extensive liner notes and archival photographs compiled by the band. Import from the UK.

The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
