Gallery Night- I Want To Die Here 7”.  Gallery Night are a punk band hailing from Milwaukee compromised of Jimmy Hollywood (ex-Baseball Furies, Tyrades, White Savage, A/V Murder, Football), Kelsey Kaufmann (Cougar Den, Centipedes) and Christopher Brook (Skull Time, Centipedes). The sludgy guitars and pounding drums make me thing of 90s institutions like Hammerhead, Karp or the noisier moments of Unwound. The production in particular is great, with deep, throbbing bass and perfectly mixed vocals that you can hear above the roar. They pair that with wild, shrill guitar tones that twist and turn throughout each tune and keep you on your toes. At times it reminded me of the heavy jagged guitar gnashing of the Hunches, so if you’re a Hunches fan, you’ll definatley be into these guys. These are on the LIMITED WHITE WAX!

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
