Laissez Fairs- Marigold CD.  The Laissez Fairs are an explosive band containing John Fallon: the psychadelic garage rocker from Voxx recordings artists The Steppes and 80’s Power Pop band the Blue Macs. Their sound is an amphetamine and acid-tinged take on the British Invasion boiling over in a psychedelic pressure cooker.   From the jangling, fuzzy guitar licks to the vintage mod aesthetic, The Laissez Fairs feel like the closest thing Las Vegas has to an actual time machine. They emulates the mid-60s era well, when the Beatles and the Stones were just starting to evolve into psychedelia and the results are something special. Get ready for a heavy dose of hard jangle with traces of The Beatles, Stones, Who, Kinks, Pink Floyd and the Monkees that sounds like it was recorded way back in 1967!  These come housed in a nice looking gatefold CD jacket as well. Recommended.

The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs- One More Drink LP ~RAINBOW SPLATTER SPECIAL EDITION LIMITED TO 100!

Los Angeles' the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs spew a raw, undistilled slab of sweet ‘n nasty sonic tonic on their 7th studio album 'One More Drink'. The Cheetahs reignite the raw Detroit sounds of the the Stooges and fellow down under countrymen Radio Birdman blasting through 11 red-hot tracks of over-amplified nihilism showing even further dexterity in the world of thick riffs and song writing versatility. ‘One More Drink’ sounds like the good kind of mid 70’s pre-punk Riff 'n Roll record hopped-up on a heavy dose of classic 80's, white lightnin’ radio Rock. They mix an absolutely perfect Rock 'n Roll cocktail here...
