V/A- Viva La Vinyl #4 LP.  Wanna know what was going on in the underground around 2001? Well this is a pretty good place to start. This is the 4th volume in the 'Viva La Vinyl' compilation series that documents the US and European Punk Rock landscape in all it’s facets and was released as a vinyl only compilation.  On here you'll get raw Punk, catchy Punk Rock, Weird Punk, ragged Rock N Roll and a bit of burly Oi influenced Hardcore. It's a great way to get to know the Punk Rock landscape around the turn of the century with a pretty impressive line up. The bands on the compilation  include Puffball, Streetwalkin' Cheetahs, Cock Spaniels, TV Killers, Flash Express, Gee Strings, The Vultures (pre- Tyvek, High Beams and ex- Mullens, Fells, Statics), Nikki Sudden, The Geriatrix, The Dialtones, The Hellbenders, Vallentine Killers, Snake Charmers, Hellride and Bonecrusher. 

This compilation also includes a cool looking beefy 12 page booklet with each band getting a half a page insert including bands photos, lyrics and contact info.  A nice slice in time of some of the better bands from that time period.
