Räjäyttäjät- Awopbopaloopop LP.  After their killer debut LP on DEAD BEAT RECORDS, Finland's Räjäyttäjät are back with another winner. ‘Awopbopaloopop’ sounds like it was recorded in a cardboard box through an old ass vintage transistor recorder while the band is down right pickled in liquor and just unruly to the very core. And that’s pretty much Räjäyttäjät in a nut shell. Räjäyttäjät’s songs are layered in so much grimy, grit and the band just has a shitload of attitude as they bash out some of the best swaggering bar room Rock N Roll that you’re likely to hear in a current band. Räjäyttäjät's messiness and sloppiness are a big part of their charm and the songs are just do damn catchy. The guitar tones are jangly and the vocals fall somewhere between gnarly and retarded. I think every band member sings at some point and the singing is a joint effort in many of their songs that are probably a blast to see live. If you’re into stuff like The Stooges, Flamin’ Groovies, Hurriganes, Radio Birdman or the Real Kids, than Räjäyttäjät are definately yer bag. Lots of fun, irresponsible Rockin’ can be found here and it’s a great follow up to their first LP. RECOMMENDED!
