MULTICULT- Jaws 7". There's something going on in Baltimore with guitars again that's pretty exciting. This sound that's brewing with some newer bands like Hive Bent, Friend Collector, and Roomrunner. The band that's pretty much leading the guitar heavy assault is Baltimore’s own Multicult and their sound lies somewhere between Shellac, Unwound, Rusted Shut, and Drive Like Jehu. A-side Jaws hits hard with it’s straight to the gut Bass lines that recalls 1000 Hurts era Shellac. Good shit.
